Initial Author Instructions

Submission Method and EasyChair Platform

• All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the ATMAE 2027 EasyChair submission system. Submission portal: EasyChair - ATMAE 2027.
• Manuscript language: English.
• Accepted papers will be categorized into oral paper or poster paper.
• Accepted papers will be considered for publication through one of the following publication options, depending on the author's selection: IEEE Conference Proceedings (to be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore), Springer Proceedings, or a Special Issue of The University of Danang – Journal of Science and Technology (UD-JST, ISSN: 1859-1531). Peer-Review Model

The conference operates a single-blind peer-review process. Under this model, reviewers may access the authors' identities and affiliations, whereas reviewer identities remain undisclosed to the authors. Consequently, the initial submission must retain all author names, institutional affiliations, and author information.

Manuscript Formatting Requirements

Manuscript Preparation: Submitted manuscripts must be 4–6 pages in length, including figures, tables, and references. Papers should be prepared using the official IEEE, Springer, or UD-JST manuscript template, depending on the author's selected publication option. Manuscripts must be submitted in PDF and/or Microsoft Word (.docx) format, as supported by the ATMAE 2027 EasyChair submission system. Awards

• A Best Paper Award will be presented for each technical session.
• A Best Poster Award will be presented for each poster session.
• The awards will be presented during the Gala Dinner.
